Baking and creating have long been my “thing.” As a graduate from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, California, I worked professionally in hotels, restaurants, production kitchens; as well as food research and recipe development. When I became mom to Kelly (affectionally called “Bean, Beanie, KellyBean”),I focused on parenthood and just continued to bake for family and friends.
Today, Bean is a gainfully employed college graduate (Sco Ducks!) and……Gina and the Bean now owns and operates YES PLEASE. Our fast casual cafe, serving amazing organic coffee/coffee drinks, delicious breakfast, brunch, lunch and of course, dessert. www.yespleaselaquinta.com
